At Mehub, we recognize our responsibility to support Creators in growing and connecting with their fans, while also ensuring that our platform is not misused. This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) outlines prohibited activities to ensure the best experience for Creators and their fans.

The following activities are forbidden: 

1. Illegal Activities: You may not use your Mehub page to offer goods or services or host content that violates the laws of the jurisdictions in which you operate or conduct business.

2. Exploitation of Children: You may not use your Mehub page to offer or host goods or services that exploit or abuse children. This includes but is not limited to the depiction of child abuse, exploitation, or any content that endangers children. Mehub will report any such activities to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children as required by law.

3. Hate Speech: You may not use your Mehub page to offer or host goods or services that promote hate speech or incite violence, thereby endangering public safety. Prohibited actions include, but are not limited to, violence or threats based on race, ethnicity, skin color, national origin, religion, age, gender, sexual orientation, disability, medical condition, or veteran status.

4. Harassment, Abuse, Defamation, Bullying, and Threats: Harassment and abuse can manifest in various forms, such as threatening behavior, sharing personal information without consent, or sending harmful messages. We have zero tolerance for this behavior, as it creates an unsafe and disrespectful environment on Mehub.

5. Self-Harm: We strive to make Mehub a safe and enjoyable platform. Therefore, you may not use your Mehub page to offer or host goods, services, or content that promotes physical harm, psychological distress, or encourages self-harm.

6. Personal Information, Privacy, and Security: You may not use your Mehub page to offer goods or services or host content that contains personally identifiable information, sensitive personal data, sensitive health information, or security information (e.g., credit card numbers, Social Security numbers, or account passwords) unless you have the written consent or authorization from the information owner.

7. Intellectual Property: You may not use your Mehub page to offer goods or services or post materials that infringe on others’ copyrights or trademarks.

8. Terrorist Organizations: You may not use your Mehub page to offer goods or services or host content that supports, funds, or promotes participation in terrorist organizations.

Mehub reserves the right, but not the obligation, to monitor or investigate compliance with this Acceptable Use Policy. Upon receiving a report or discovering a violation, Mehub may suspend or terminate your account if you engage in activities that violate this policy, whether in letter or spirit. Whether a violation has occurred will be determined at Mehub’s sole discretion.

Mehub may modify this policy at any time by posting a time-stamped update. By continuing to use Mehub after a revised version of the AUP is posted, you agree to adhere to the latest version.
